1 General Provisions and Acceptance

ku914's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets that are not processed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

9.2 Balance Settlement

If there is no evidence of a Terms violation at the time an account is closed, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, in the case of a Terms violation, ku914 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

10 Limitation of Liability

ku914 shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connection failures.
• Unauthorized use of an account due to third-party actions.
• Service interruptions caused by external forces (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions.
